You have recently died in an accident, and you just want to go to paradise. But when you're sent to the depths of Hell, you can only do one thing: travel through the Nine Circles and state your case of innocence to Satan.
Everyone has been kind to you so far. Too kind, maybe. Especially the Keeper of Heresy, the Sixth Circle. In the confines of his space while an ash storm rages outside, the two of you pry each other open. But he might break you first.
Submitted for the 2023 Yandere Game Jam. Loosely based in Art Without Blood's universe, though you do not need to play any others in the series before playing this one.
Note that although this game pulls from real-world religions and their aesthetics, it is not meant to be based in real Christianity.

Hi, I made a Russian translation of your game, if you want to use the translation, no problem. You can find it in the Steam manuals 10:16. Perhaps bugs that players find will be corrected.

For some reason, the downloads were hidden on itch.io and were taken off Steam without my knowledge. They should be fixed here, and I'm waiting on a report from Steam to allow the Steam download back up.

I have truely fallen in love with the game's art design. Dorian is beyond beautiful. I have just started playing the game, but I couldn't detain myself from commenting on how gorgeous the art is.
A question in mind about Dorian's design is; were they/was he inspired by Japan's 80s/90s Vkei style? I have come to think that they/he really looks like Mana from Malice Mizer a lot, especially his old photos when his hair was blonde.

i ADORE vkei and malice mizer, but dorian wasn't inspired by it. i originally made dorian in a lobotomy corporation OC picrew, and he kind of spawned from there. maybe in another game i'll give him something more akin to kozi's outfits!!!
It's lovely to meet another Vkei enjoyer with magnificent taste in art, game-making and music. I currently am working on a game project as well and seeing other people's creations gives me tons of ideas. As I have just finished (well, almost finished because I haven't gotten all the endings yet, let's just say half finished) 10:16, I can say without a doubt that I will be binging your art from now on. Thanks for your wonderful work. I will never be able to erase Dorian from my mind, not that I would want to to be honest.

I'm so amazed and freaked out I literally have no words to describe what I feel. This is one of the most fantastic and atmospheric VNs I've ever played, and I played a lot. Thank you so, so much for bringing this project to life! It's mesmerizing beyond possible.
P.S. I usually hate voiced VNs, but my goodness, I don't think I've ever heard a more enchanting voice in my life!
Wow. There's something incredibly and I assume intentionally cinematic about this game that captivated me from the get-go! It's been a long time since I've seen a VN with an intro and I think it was a great inclusion. I had not skimmed the description for this game beforehand in my hunger to consume more of your content, and the voice acting was another pleasant surprise. It's incredibly well done as well as the soundtrack, so my kudos to Zack for their efforts as well.
As always, big fan of the dithering and the selection/use of the supplementary + bg images! Your unique visual style is become clear to me after sampling several of your pieces, in a way where I feel like if I saw something of your games out of context, I would be able to say ah, yes, that's casket, clearly!
I love Dorian's design! There's quite a few elements that I've got a strong fondness for that I don't often see, like the muzzle. Would willingly spend the rest of my eternity blindly by his side again easily. :p
I found you through your Tumblr blog and proceeded to go on a binge of all your games. The way you create atmosphere and tension in your games is amazing and your art style is so loose and painterly paired with the colors you choose just makes everything a visual pleasure to play. Keep up the amazing work and know you inspire other game makers and artists with your work!
I can't express how beautiful and atmospheric this game is. I really love horror date sim games, but this one not filled with horror, but with silence, peace, tranquility and.. comfort. I thank you for this incredible atmosphere in which you want to stay. This is a completely unique game.

Woahhh this was so cool, atmospheric, and immersive! I love the way you wrote the dialogue and the way you interpret religion and weave it around. Frankly, I'm impressed with the general vibe of Dorian, I couldn't really tell what he was about so I kept replaying because I wanted to learn more about him and uncovered wonderful lore with different options and learned different things. I gotta say, I love the intro, it was all so artistic and gothic. It was amazing!

this vn is a work of art. Dorian was such a compelling LI, and the mc themselves are fascinating, the truth behind their "sin" what you'd call "food for thought", something to think about even at the end.

Hey! I love everything about this game. It's a masterpiece!! But can you tell me who were all the people in the intro video. The only one I recognised was Dorian
the "intro" serves as a mini summary of what you did before you came to the 6th circle. they're all the keepers of each of the previous circles (scythe girl is 1st for limbo, 2nd in the water is for lust, etc). that's why they don't have faces!
+ the glowing figure is meant to be the MC

I'm in love with the aesthetics, the narrative, the fantastic artwork, and the masterfully created ambiance <3 I've loved every bit of it and am very grateful for having played this game. The theming to this was beautifully done. The monochromatic blues and reds truly set the otherwordly tone for this game! The way Dorian was written, constantly walking around truths and lies is so amazing. His reasonings for enjoying the player and what's heavily implied to have been done are absolutely beautiful and easy to pick up on! Once again, a hit made by you Catsket!
